Apple Peeler That Changed Our Lives

Since we bought our homestead back in 2019 we have added fruit trees every year.

Our goal for the apple trees was to produce ourselves what we purchased in the grocery store.  This would include apple juice, apples, apple sauce etc. 

 This year our apple trees really produced more than ever before and we were able to can a ton of apple products!

  We used the peels for apple cider vinegar, the cores got put into the juicer and the slices got turned into sauces, chutneys, dehydrated snacks and desserts.
